Data Deletion Policy
Assetly Financial Manager Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how to request deletion of personal information connected to assetlymanager.online, the hosted workspace, account sign-in, checkout, subscriptions, optional cloud save, purchase recovery, analytics, and Assetly support.
1. Local and Cloud Workspace Data
Assetly Financial Manager is designed as a local-first finance workspace. Financial records you enter in the hosted workspace are stored in your browser unless you subscribe to hosted cloud save. To delete local workspace records, use the app's local data controls or clear browser storage on the device where the data is stored.
Assetly cannot remotely delete local records that only exist on your device because we do not have access to that storage.
If you use hosted cloud save, Assetly stores a workspace snapshot in Supabase. You can request deletion of hosted cloud save records by emailing us with the account email or enough information to verify the request.
2. Website and Purchase Records
Assetly may hold limited records related to checkout, trial status, license access, purchase recovery, subscription status, account access, cloud save records, analytics events, support requests, security logs, and transactional email. You can request deletion of personal information we hold by emailing support@assetlymanager.online.
3. What to Include
To help us find the right records, include:
- the email address used for purchase or recovery;
- whether the request includes hosted cloud save records;
- the approximate purchase date, if available;
- your Stripe receipt or checkout email, if available;
- a clear note that you are requesting data deletion.
4. Limits and Required Retention
We may need to keep limited information when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, payment dispute handling, or to document that we completed a deletion request. When full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained information where practical.
5. Service Providers
Some information may be processed by providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. We can delete or limit Assetly-controlled records where practical, but provider records may also be governed by those providers' own legal, security, analytics, and payment-processing requirements.
6. Timing
We try to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after we receive enough information to verify and process the request. If we need more information, we may reply asking for clarification.
