Return Policy

Assetly Financial Manager Return Policy

Effective date: June 13, 2026

This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made directly through assetlymanager.online for Assetly Financial Manager hosted workspace access and optional cloud save.

1. Digital Product

Assetly Financial Manager is sold as online access to a hosted browser workspace. There is no physical product to ship back, exchange, or return after checkout is complete.

2. Free Trials and Cancellations

Assetly may offer a 7-day free trial for Finance Workspace or Cloud Subscription. A valid card is required at Stripe checkout. Trial terms shown at checkout explain the trial length, the post-trial charge, and how to cancel before the trial ends.

Finance Workspace trials can be canceled from the Assetly account page before the trial ends. Cloud Subscription trials and active subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal from Assetly.

3. One-Time Purchase Sales Are Final

Because Assetly is a digital product with private workspace access, all completed one-time workspace purchases are final. This includes the $9.99 Finance Workspace charge made after an uncanceled free trial ends. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests after a one-time charge is complete, except where required by applicable law.

4. Cloud Workspace Subscription

Cloud Subscription is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges for the current or past billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Access Help

If your sign-in, checkout, or purchase access does not work, email us and we will try to help. Depending on the issue, we may provide technical guidance, restore access, or apply another practical fix. Support help does not change the final-sale nature of the purchase.

6. Duplicate Charges and Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or charged without authorization, contact us promptly at support@assetlymanager.online. We may review payment records through Stripe and handle confirmed payment errors as appropriate.

7. Marketplace Purchases

This policy covers direct purchases on assetlymanager.online. If you bought Assetly through a third-party marketplace or storefront, that marketplace's rules, receipts, and support process may also apply.

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, payment, or warranty law.
